I traveled to London and then on to Ireland in April 2001, along with my 3 children and daughter-in-law.  London was extremely interesting and we managed to see quite a bit in the 5 days we had.  However, Ireland was by far my favorite place.  I had been longing to travel there.  It was just as spectacular as I imagined it.  We spent 5 days and traveled from Shannon to Dublin, and then south along the eastern coast to Wexford, and along the southern part to visit Kilkinney, Cork, Cashel, and finally, the Dingle Penisula. This was by far the most spectacular scenery of the trip, with roads hugging the cliffs, and sheef cliffs going to the sea.  Quite exciting to drive.  I have posted a couple of pictures of scenery we encountered, and hope to update when more are developed.   Can't wait to return and spent more time there!
